Manuel Maiorano, born in Milan but raised in Quarrata, in the province of Pistoia. From a young age, he displayed a remarkable talent for creativity, producing intricate and beautiful drawings. He later transferred this talent to the art of baking, turning every dish into a masterpiece.
Born in Milan and raised in Quarrata (Pistoia), Manuel showed great creativity from a young age, which he later channeled into the art of pizza making. After the death of his father, he began working as a pizzaiolo to support his family. In 2014, he became the first pizzaiolo at "La Fenice" in Pistoia, which he took over in 2019, transforming it into "La Fenice Pizzeria Contemporanea." The revamped establishment, in 2023, received various accolades: inclusion in the best pizzerias of 50 Top Pizza since 2020, "Due Spicchi" from Gambero Rosso in 2022, "Best Pizzeria in Tuscany," and victories at the "Pizza Challenge." Additionally, he ranked 34th in the "World Pizza Championship" and earned numerous other awards, traveling across Italy as a trainer and brand ambassador.
